Train the Trainer

For this cohort, we are accepting applications from experienced people and culture leaders who we believe would enjoy learning with and from each other. We will be prioritizing diverse applicants who are actively seeking new tools and opportunities to elevate human connection and engagement within their teams and organizations. Space is limited to a maximum of 14 participants for this cohort. Small cohorts allow for custom mentorship and ample time to experiment with activities and creative ways of bringing people together.
